Adeline E. Anderson,age 97, died Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie. She was born in Denzer on February 4, 1911 the daughter of the late Henry and Emma (Lehmann) Mettel. She was united in marriage to Milton Anderson on February 9, 1952. He preceded her in death on January 6, 1993. Adeline and her sister Marguerite, owned and operated a coffee shop in Prairie du sac for many years. She was a menber of the Free Congregation Unitarian Fellowship. She is survived by her cousins, Delores (Bob) Sliter, Dea (Mabel) DeWeese and Carroll (Grace) DeWeese , a special friend Wanda McDowell and other cousins, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother Earl, sister Marguerite Emond and Brother in law Oscar Emond and a sister in law Helen Buerke Mettel. As requested by Adeline, she will be cremated and a private burial will take place at a later date.
