Agnes Marie (Theisen) "Grandma Jerry" Breunig, age 91, died on Saturday, March 29, 2008, at her home in Roxbury. She was born in Roxbury on May 5, 1916, to the late Nicholas and Emma (Yost) Theisen. She graduated from Sauk City High School. Agnes married Gerald M. Breunig on Nov. 16, 1937. Together Agnes and Jerry farmed in Roxbury until Jerry's death on Jan. 2, 1986. Agnes worked for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for 13 years. She was a member of St. Norbert's Catholic Church and the CCW. She enjoyed crocheting, playing cards, cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers and watching her grandchildren's and great-grandchildren's sporting events. She is survived by her son, Marvin (Harriett) Breunig; grandchildren, Juanita (Ron) Wipperfurth and their children Jason, David (special friend Cara Suchla), and Ashley, Stan (Stephanie) and sons, Joe, Max, Sam and Ben, Roxanne (Roger) Loger, Angie (Todd) Schaaf and sons, Jared and Bryant, Eloise Nanette (Jamie) Backeberg and their son, Trent, Jessica (Robert) Davis and their children, Sierra and Chance, Preston (Jenn) and daughter, Savannah, Sylvian (Jenn) and son, Mason, and Justin (special friend, Lindsay Feldt). Agnes is further survived by two sisters-in-law, Lidwina and Veronica Breunig; and many other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband and parents; she was preceded in death by a son, George; and her brothers and sisters, William (Caroline), George (Armella), Wilfred (Ginny), Joseph (Ruth), Katie (Frank) Baum, Frieda (Leo) Schneider, and Frances (John) Morschauser; and many in-laws. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at ST. NORBERT'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, Roxbury. Father Jared Hood will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call on the family on Tuesday evening, April 1, 2008, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the church and on the day of service one hour prior to Mass.
