Agnes M. Hambrecht, age 94, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 2, 1918 the daughter of the late Frank and Clara (Young) Schutz. She was united in marriage to Eldon Hambrecht on September 25, 1945 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Sauk City.


She is survived by her four children; Jim (Mary), Cheryl (Al) Sherman, Bill (Cathy), and Tom; four grandchildren, Terri (John) Lengyel, Matt Hambrecht, Andy (Holly) Sherman, and Josh (Keri Burch) Sherman; 5 great grand-children; a brother, Harold (Carol) Schutz; a sister, Lois (Wes) Schultz; and sisters in law, Shirley Schutz and Maxine Hambrecht. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon; brothers, Everett and Leo Schutz; and sisters, Angeline Aron, Helen Haas, Alma Peck; and an infant brother Frederick.


A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 20 , 2013 at the Hooverson Funeral Home, 251 Water St., Sauk City from 10:00 am until 11:15 am. Burial will be held in the St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery.
