Allan Wilfred Zins, 74, passed away at SSM Health Hospice House in Baraboo on January 7, 2021 where he was compassionately cared for after a courageous battle with cancer.  Al was born on August 1, 1946 to Otto and Loretta (Fassbender) Zins. After serving 6 years in the Army Reserves, he was employed in the appliance repair business. Al married Janice Mellum on November 6, 1982; she preceded him in death on Sept. 26, 2018.  Together they enjoyed motorcycling, touring in their Corvette and camping with friends and family.

Al is survived by his two step sons Steve (Laura) Mallon and Todd (Diane) Mallon and three granddaughters Jessica, Samantha and Mandy.  He is also survived by many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Jan of 36 years, his parents, his brother's, Harlow and Gerald Zins and his sister Delores Bartels and an infant sister Jean Marie.

A private family service will be held with interment in the St. Aloysius Cemetery.
