Andrea Marie Oxley, age 45, of Prairie du Sac passed away in the comfort of her home on Saturday, July 5, 2025 surrounded by her family, after a valiant almost 4 year battle with metastatic breast cancer.  Andrea was born in Clinton, Iowa on March 22, 1980 to Leonard and Marie (Petrehn) Koch.

She graduated from Elkhorn High School; class of 1998 and went on to U.W. Oshkosh to earn a Bachelors of Science in Radio, TV and Film.  It was at Oshkosh she met Nathan Oxley; they married Oct. 25, 2003 in Whitewater.  Andrea went on to obtain a second Degree in Business Administration from UW Whitewater.  Shortly after, they made the move to Sauk Prairie where Andrea started her career at Culver Franchising, working in accounting and finance.

Andrea loved kayaking on Little Bass Lake, culinary tastings, and spending time with friends.  Andrea adored her dogs, Aria and Millie, and loved painting with others.  Studying film; she developed an appreciation for film and was a fan of the Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter films and books.  She looked forward to family events and gatherings, but most enjoyed hosting and being around others.

Andrea is survived by her husband, Nate; her parents, Leonard and Marie; sister, Katie (Mark) Heinold and their 8 children; her In-Laws, Todd and Robin Oxley; Sister-in-law Heather (Nate) Schmidt; Brothers-in-law, Joshua Oxley and 1 child, Jacob (Hannah) Oxley and their 3 children; along with a former Sister-in-Law, Holly Oxley.

She was preceded in death by two of her dogs, Izzy and Oscar; Paternal grandparents, Leonard and Francis Koch Sr.; maternal grandparents, James and Doris Petrehn.

Andrea's family would like to express their deepest gratitude to family and friends who have helped Andrea in her time of need. Also, to the Agrace Hospice Team, Sauk Prairie Healthcare and Oncology for their care and treatment of Andrea. We'd like to thank her team of co-workers, and former-coworkers, at Culvers Franchising for their thoughts, prayers and support. You are truly exceptional people, thank you.

A Celebration of Andrea's Life will be held July 16th From 11am to 2pm at Vintage Brewery, 600 Water St., Sauk City.  Eulogy will be performed at 1130am followed by a moment of silence.
