Angelyne "Angie" E. (Hannam) Hernandez, age 35, of Mazomanie and formerly of Sauk Prairie passed away unexpectedly in Madison on Apr. 11, 2021.  She was born at Sauk Prairie Hospital on July 21, 1985 to Daniel D. Hannam and Donna J. Quarberg.  Angie attended Sauk Prairie Schools.  She enjoyed her time with her family and time spent with friends and family at the river.  Angie loved kids and looked forward to the day she would get to be mother.  She was blessed with twin daughters, Wendy and Sylvia (5 years old) and a son, Curtis (3 years old); they were inseparable.

In addition to her children, she is survived by her dad, Danny Hannam; her mom, Donna Jane; and siblings, Teresa (Elree Frederick), Brandon, Kristi, Laura (Steve) Pagel, and Lucas; she is further survived by numerous other relatives including grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends

A celebration of Angie's Life will be held on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 11 am until 3 pm at the Lions Club Park in Mazomanie.
