Anne K. Reuter, age 87, died Sunday June 28, 2009 at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital. She was born in Iowa County, WI on August 19, 1921 the daughter of the late Henry and Ellen (Gilbertson) Hendrickson. She was united in marriage to Darvin Peterson on April 3, 1939, and they were married for 20 years. She later married Roman Reuter on October 7, 1960. He preceded her in death on May 21, 2001. She was employed by Graber's of Middleton for many years. Anne and her husband Roman, owned and operated Club 14 , Mazomanie and Reuter's Shoes, Bait and Tackle of Mazomanie. She was a member of the Mazomanie American Legion Auxiliary Post #437. She enjoyed gardening and her flowers and loved her crocheting projects.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Judith McCulloch, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 1, 2009 at Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City with Pastor Larry Collins officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Mazomanie Cemetery.
