Ariel Marie Nauertz, age 3 months, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at American Family Children's Hospital, Madison. She was born August 26, 2014 at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital to Dale and Heidi (Duesterbeck) Nauertz. Ariel enjoyed the fish on her swing, cuddling with her toy bunny, and watching her brother and sister and her dog Chilli.
She is survived by her parents, Dale and Heidi; her sister Veronica 4 and brother Mark 2; paternal grandparents, Dale and Beverly (Brewer) Nauertz of Richland Center; paternal grandfather, Michael (Rebecca) Duesterbeck of Richland Center; maternal grandmother, Denise (Eric) Clark-Jackson of Mauston; 3 great-grandmothers, Emily Duesterbeck, Judith Clark, and Ruth Nauertz; she is further survived by other relatives.
She was preceded in death by 4 great-grandfathers, James Duesterbeck, William Clark Sr., Myron (Bessie) Brewer, and Carl Nauertz.
A celebration of Ariel's life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Merrimac United Methodist Church 25 Church St., Merrimac, WI 53561. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
