Obituary
Arline I. Frommung, age 95, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2011. She was born on July 26, 1915, the daughter of the late Chris and Helen (Wilhelm) Grass. She married Edwin Frommung on November 7, 1936. Arline enjoyed reading, crocheting, and spending time with family.
She is survived by a daughter, LaVonne (Raydean) Knuth; daughter-in-law, Mary Frommung; 4 grandchildren, Kathy Knuth, Sue (Larry) Hitchcock, Cheryl (Tim) Bruckert, and Ed (Dawn) Frommung; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Della Edge; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Don; and brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at FIRST UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, Sauk City, with Pastor Bill Kapp officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Interment will be in Zion Memorial Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Johnson and Maplewood staff. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to First United Church of Christ.
