Barry Lee Jannenga, 64, of Prairie du Sac, WI, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Saturday, February 13, 2010 with his family by his side. He was born on November 19, 1945 in Oak Park, IL. Barry graduated from Hinsdale Central High School and Eastern Illinois University. He had a passion for music, and taught it for many years. He raised his family in Illinois, and then retired to Wisconsin, where he loved spending time with his family, and being outside enjoying nature. He was married to his loving wife, Marcia (Wehling) for 42 years.

He is survived by his wife, Marica; two sons, Scott (Tracy) and Shawn; daughter, Mindy (Derek) Phillips; four grandsons, Ryan, Tyler, Kyle, and Caleb; two sisters, Jan Higgins and Carolyn (Don) Underwood; brother-in-law, Curt (Judy) Wehling; and sister-in-law, Celia LeMense.

His family and friends will cherish the laughter and memories they shared with him. He will be loved and missed by everyone who knew him. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
