Betty Evonne Feigl, age 87, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2015 at Greenway Manor in Spring Green. She was born July 29, 1927 in the Troy Township to the late Wesley and Ellen (Witwen) Sprecher. Betty was a graduate of Prairie du Sac High School, class of 1945. She married Harlan R. "Bud" Feigl on May 28, 1949; he preceded her in death on March 5, 2014. Betty and Bud spent their life farming in Irish Valley. She enjoyed her family, grandchildren, and tending to her flowers. She was a past active member of the 4H, Little Prairie Homemakers, and Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Black Hawk, formerly serving as Treasurer and with the church choir.

She is survived by 4 children, Curt of Denzer, Kevin (Terrie) and Chet of Plain, and Beverly (Jeff) Querin of Riverside, CA; a daughter in-law, Sandy Feigl; 7 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and Foreign Exchange Student Roland Ficht of Germany.
In addition to her parents and husband Bud, she was preceded in death by a son Kendall, and two infant sons, Harvey and Craig Feigl; 2 brothers, Merlin and Lorrin "Buddy" Sprecher, and a sister, Marie (Lawrence) Zech.

Betty's family would like to thank the staff at Greenway Manor for their wonderful care.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Black Hawk. A visitation will be held from 9:00 am until time of service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
