Betty "Squirt" Grass, age 52, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 1, 1956 to the late Robert and Henrietta (Abbott) Taholski. Betty lived in the Baraboo area most of her life, and brought happiness and joy to all who knew her. She will be missed be all. Betty is survived by her soul mate of 23 years, Michael Cloyd; her sister, Charlotte (Willard) Heulsemann; a brother, Wlibur (Kim) Taholski; her sons, David (Jennifer) Nelson and Matt (Melissa) Nelson; four beautiful grandchildren; and a niece and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents. There will be a prayer service at 11am on Friday, January 9, 2009 at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, 251 Water St., Sauk City. A luncheon will follow at the Denzer Community Hall, Hwy., C in Denzer at 1pm. All who knew her and loved her are welcome.
