Charles "Toby" L. Tobias, age 69, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Prairie du Sac on Tues. Mar. 8, 2016. He was born in Racine, WI on Dec. 2, 1946 to the late Charles and Arline (Lamb) Tobias. He graduated from Racine High School class on 1966. Toby was proud to have enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He married Judy Blomlie on Aug. 15, 1981. Toby enjoyed wood working, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Packers and Badgers.

He is survived by his wife, Judy;
2 sisters, Linda Tobias and Julia (Michael) Bowen; 3 brothers, Dennis, Mitchell, and Lester; many other relatives, nieces, and a special nephew, Gregory Tobias.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother in-law, Elaine Blomlie; a brother, Russell; and a very special brother in-law, Robert Olson.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Fri. Mar. 11, 2016 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 100 Oak St., Prairie du Sac. Military Rites will be accorded by the Lachmund-Cramer VFW Post 7694. A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Thur. Mar. 10, 2016 at Hooverson Funeral Home, 251 Water St., Sauk City, and one hour prior to the service the day of service. Interment will be held at Graceland Cemetery in Racine.
