Christopher Michael Spitzer, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on Tues. Aug. 16, 2016; however, Chris's legacy will live on through the gift of organ donation. He was born in Columbus, OH Mar. 2, 1972 to David and Beverly (Houck) Sptizer. Chris graduated the class of 1990 from Morris Community High School in Morris, Illinois. Following High School Chris enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, and later worked as with an independent contractor in Afghanistan. Chris was united in marriage to Jessica Roll Sept. 30, 2006. He worked as a furniture retail management for 20 years in the Columbus, OH area before moving with his family to Lake Wisconsin in the spring of 2016. Chris enjoyed playing golf, traveling, horses, spending time with family, playing on Lake Wisconsin and could be found cheering on "The Ohio State Buckeyes".

Chris is survived by his wife, Jessica; 2 daughters, Isabella "Bella", age 5, and McKenzie, age 17; his dad, David Spitzer; a brother, Bradley (Alcy) Spitzer; and a sister, Candace (Kevin) Knight; 2 nieces, Brandy Spitzer, and her daughter, Mira, and Addison Knight. Chris is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his mom, Beverly on April 15, 2010; and his father and mother in-law, Dr. William and Judy Roll.
A celebration of Chris's life will be held in Columbus, OH at a later date.

Memorials may be made in Chris's name to an Organ Donation Organization of choice.
