When the big yellow school bus dropped me off at Chester School I tried to run down the road and go home. The teacher literally had to catch me and drag me back to school... true story. But within a few weeks I realized I loved school and began to pray that someday I could be a teacher. A few years later I added to my prayers that I would marry a Christian husband and that we would have children. The Lord graciously said yes to all of those prayers and added something I hadn't even thought of... GRANDSONS. Indescribable joy!

I grew up in a loving family with two amazing sisters, Cindy and Pat. We were known as "the Tuttle girls." Being the oldest grandchild on both sides of the family, I formed deep and lasting bonds with many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephew. Later I married into a wonderful family and added many more special family members.

Lasting friendships were made in grade school and within a close-knit high school class. College brought more friendships and "The 12." Twelve girls, friends for over 50 years who still reunion together, sharing ups and downs, but always knowing you had 11 prayer warriors right by your side.

Through my teaching career many students became friends. I enjoyed keeping in touch with many and watching their families grow. Parents of students also became friends. I was blessed by the wonderful staffs I had the privilege to work with while teaching.

After my husband died I relocated to Sauk City. In my condo building I found a terrific bunch of new friends. Loved getting together for coffee, chats on the patios, and playing cards.

When I moved away from Nekoosa, I left behind a loving church family. The Lord found GraceWay Church for me in Prairie du Sac. "Loving God and Loving People" is more than just their motto, it is truly a way of life. If you've ever wanted a church home, you are welcome there.

Preceded in death by husband George Lambert. Parents Len and Arlene (Henke) Tuttle.

Survived by daughters Amanda and Erin (partner Kevin Klug). Sisters Pat (Jon) Sonnenberg and Cindy (Will) Loken. Grandsons Aedyn Lambert-Conohan, Marek Lambert-Conohan, and their father Chris Conohan. Bonus grandson Carter Klug and bonus granddaughter Claire Klug.

A private memorial service will be streamed online on Thursday, April 1 st , 2021 at 6:30pm CT on the GraceWay Church Sauk Prairie YouTube channel and church website https://gracewaysaukprairie.org/watch-online/

Yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary. Isaiah 40:31
