Donald P Breunig, age 88, passed away October 30th at Maplewood. He was born on April 23rd,1935 to Conrad and Veronica (Eckstein) Breunig. He grew up in Roxbury on their family farm.  He later joined the Carpenter's Union and retired from Kenneth F. Sullivan. He was a member of St. Aloysius Church and a past member of Lake Wisconsin Country Club, where he got a hole in one on the 12th hole.

He married his wife Susan in Lodi and later had one son. They had 50 loving years together in July of this year.

After retiring, he enjoyed many rounds of golf and spending time in the woods hunting deer with his son.  It would always brighten his day when he got to spend time with his grandson.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Susan, son, Scott (Sam Miller), his cherished grandson, Cordell; brother, Harold; sister, Rosemary, sister in law, Marcella and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ralph, sister, Anna, nephew, Eugene and brother-in-law, Bruce Elmer.

We loved him dearly.

A visitation will be held from 4pm until 7pm on Wednesday, November 8,2023 at Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City, Wisconsin.
