Obituary
Donald Reed Horton, age 92, loving husband, father and friend passed away on August 27, 2018 at St. Clare Meadows in Baraboo. He was born at home in West Point Township on December 19, 1925 the son of the late Gilbert and Ida Horton.
Donald was a US Veteran having served in the Army and traveled overseas on the USS Comfort Hospital Ship. He earned an agriculture degree from the UW and later farmed and raised livestock. He was united in marriage to Evelyn Meyer on June 25, 1950. She preceded him in death in 1987.

He is survived by his daughter, Rita;
4 grandsons;
4 great grandsons;
and 4 great granddaughters.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City, WI. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the funeral home on Friday.
