Doreen A. Seymour, age 53, died on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. She was born in Ogema, WI on January 23, 1955, the daughter of the late Alois and Antoinette (Symbol) Potaczek. She was united in marriage to Arthur Seymour on March 25, 1989. Doreen enjoyed collecting bears, her swimming class, going out to eat, and taking care of Art. She was proud of being a sponsor to a child in the Phillipines, Charmle. She is survived by her husband, Art of Prairie du Sac; step-mother, Bernice Potaczek of Tomahawk; siblings, Diane Worth of Appleton, Darlene Bosinski of Tomahawk, Donald Potaczek of New Jersey, Dawn Fish of Tomahawk, Vicki Potaczek of Tomahawk, Antoinette Potaczek of Stoughton, Bernard Potaczek of Tomahawk, Beverly Zietlow of Tomahawk, Pamela Haase of Tomahawk, Brian Potaczek of Tomahawk, and Peter Potaczek of Prairie du Sac; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Delores Ruffie of Tomahawk. A Memorial Service will be held at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, Sauk City, at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday.
