Duane Lyle Albrecht

May 9, 1949 – March 20, 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce that Duane Lyle Albrecht passed away unexpectedly at his home in Arena on March 20, 2024.  He was born May 9, 1949, to the late Delmar and Aleda (Breed) Albrecht.  Duane was Connie's beloved husband for 56 years; and a wonderful father to daughters; Dawn (Troy) Radke and Erica (Scott) Walter; grandfather to seven adored grandchildren, Casey Grunke, A.J. Radke, Elizabeth (Kirby) Grutz, Connie, Delburn, Arlon, and Chloe Walter and one treasured great grandson, Henry Grutz.

Duane will be missed by siblings, Sherry (Denny) Bentheimer, Bonnie Mihlbauer, Virgil (Dawn) Albrecht, Della (Tom) Alt, David Albrecht, Kyle (Beverly) Albrecht, Larry (Sheila) Albrecht, Debra Heil, Wendy Albrecht, Dan (Eva) Albrecht, Kathi (Ray) Ingold, Tim Albrecht, Tina (Jim) Holan; he is further survived by a sister-in-law, Bonnie Albrecht, as well as many family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Delmar and Aleda (Breed) Albrecht and 2 brothers, Arlon and Ken Albrecht; brother-in-law, Earl Mihlbauer.
