Eileen J. Angle, age 91, died on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Heartland Country Village in Black Earth. She was born in Crawford County on January 5, 1923, the daughter of the late Frank and Josephine (Farrington) Zajicek. Eileen was employed as an elementary school teacher in the Madison area for over 40 years. She enjoyed being with her family, spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and loved to entertain.


She is survived by a son, Paul (Nancy) Parrinello; a daughter, Terrie (Kevin) Feigl; 5 grandchildren, Michelle (Kevin) Murphy, Carrie (Jesse) Carpenter, Rebecca (Ross) Weittenhiller, Aaron (Courtney) Feigl and Brittni (fiance, Landon Noltner) Feigl; 4 great-grandchildren; a brother, Paul "Bud" Zajicek; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Galen and James Zajicek, and her sister, Renora. Her sister, Sue, passed away just hours after Eileen's death.


A Mass of Christian Burial for Eileen and her sister, Sue, will be held at ST. LUKE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, Plain, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 with Fr. Michael Resop officiating. Burial for Eileen will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Sauk City. A visitation for Eileen will be held at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, Sauk City, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014, and also on Tuesday at St. Luke's Catholic Church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.
