Ethel Panozzo passed away peacefully in her sleep the morning of December 1, 2014 following a long battle with Dementia and Alzheimer's, re-uniting her with many family and friends who've preceded her in death.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur Donofrio and the late Dorothy Donofrio nee Dorn, devoted wife of the late Endo Panozzo and the late Philip T. Phistry, beloved mother of Carole A. (Timothy) O'Reilly and Philip M. (Gina) Phistry, the late Thomas A. (Joan) Phistry, the late Robert P. (Kathleen) Phistry, the late James D. (Patricia) Phistry, step-mother of Cindy (Jerry) Marshall and Paul Panozzo, grandmother of 21, including JoEllyn Miller of Sauk City; great grandmother of 30 and great great grandmother of 10. Adored sister of Joann (Ernie) Zimowski, Ronald (Donna) Donofrio, the late William (late Teena) Donofrio, the late Ruth (late Dan) Zito, the late Betty Donofrio, aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.
