Eugene "Fin" William Fisher, age 82, passed away in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his family on Friday, May 7, 2021.  Fin was born at his Grandma Eugenia's home in Dane Co. on Oct. 29, 1938 to the late Wayne (former Dane Co. Coroner) and Rose (Buenzli) Fisher. He attended school in Mazomanie.  Fin was united in marriage to Victoria "Carol" Hamilton on Apr. 8, 1978 by Judge William Buenzli.  Fin worked for Circus World Museum and traveled with the show, he also was a truck driver for River Valley Equipment Co. for over 15 years.  His love for scrapping took him to many places which created many great friendships. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it.  Fin was the patriarch of his family and most enjoyed time spent with his family and friends while enjoying beer or two.

Fin is survived by his wife, Carol; his children, Gene, twin daughters, Tracy and Tonia, Crystal and Michelle (Frank); 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Rosemary (Phil) Smithson, Elaine Jordan, Judy Harrington.  He was further survived by other relatives and countless friends and acquaintances.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his son, Terry; daughter, Cheryl Vehling; siblings, Bev Haas, Wayne "Bub" Fisher, and Virginia White.

A celebration of Fin and his daughter, Cheryl's lives will be held jointly in the early fall of 2021.

Fin's family would like to thank the many friends and family that helped out, this allowed Fin to stay at home; and to Home Health Hospice and Dr. Kim Farrell for their excellent care.
