Fernando Sandoval Esqueda Jr., age 27, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, Aug. 23, 2024.  He was born Mar. 8, 1997 to Fernando Sandoval Esqueda Sr., and Dolly Ann Hoffmann.  Fernando attended and graduated from Sauk Prairie High School; class of 2015.  He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, music and gaming on his x-box.  His family and friends meant the world to him.  Fernando's pride and joy is his daughter, Octovia; born Jan. 10, 2020.

His is survived by his daughter, Octavia; his father, Fernando Sandoval Esqueda Sr., and his mother, Dolly Ann Hoffmann; siblings, Stormi Rae Cleveland and Blayza Mueller; paternal grandparents, Antonio and Maria Felix Sandoval; aunt, JoLean Bateman and uncles, Juan (Melissa) and Filberto Sandoval; further survived by other relatives, friends and extended Sandoval family in Mexico.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Cory Breunig; maternal grandparents, George and Donna Hoffmann and his maternal great grandmother, Dolly Pesik.

Fernando's family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to the healthcare professionals who have helped Fernando; St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston, St. Mary's Hospital and University Hospital in Madison.

A Celebration of Fernando's Life will be held at Ochsner Park, Baraboo on Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
