Obituary
Florence "Frene" C. Janney, age 90, passed away on August 14, 2016 at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie. She was born on August 23, 1925 in Oregon, WI, the daughter of Leo and Florence (O'Brien) Barry. She was united in marriage to Clarence "Mike" Janney. She and Clarence owned Mike's Café and Pizza Papa in Madison. Florence enjoyed golfing, playing cards, bowling, cribbage and dancing.
She is survived by three children, Robert "Barney" (Dyann) of Dallas, WI, Debra (Mark) Callahan of Middleton, and Patricia (Kevin) Key of Prairie du Sac; four grandchildren, Michael (Laura), Dottie (John), Brian (Kira) and Alaina (Brent); seven great grandchildren; one sister, Grace Whelply; sister in law, Doreen Barry; and family friend Barbara Erickson.
A private family service will be held.
