Frederick "Bud" D. Dauel, age 74, passed away peacefully at his home in the West Point Township on Thurs. July 13, 2017. He was born in Elgin, Illinios to the late Frederick and Katherine (Smith) Dauel. Bud graduated Elgin High School and later went on to become Vice President of Lithographic Print Co. in Madison. He was active in Indian Dancing and the song of Hiawatha Pageant in Elgin, Il for many years. Bud enjoyed golfing, fishing, but, most of all he loved laughing spending good times with his family and socializing with friends.

He is survived by his 3 sons; Gary (Sheri) Crawford of Lodi, WI., Michael (Becky) Crawford of Lake of the Hills, Il., and Scott (Jennifer) Dauel of Wausau, WI; 6 grandchildren and one on the way; 2 great grandchildren; a brother, Tom Dauel of and sister, Susan Rassmussen of Holly Springs, N.C. He is further survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
