Obituary
Genevieve (Genny) Ballweg, age 93, died February 18, 2018. Her husband Charles and son Peter preceded her in death.
Genny is survived by her seven sons; Chuck (Edie), Dennis (Pat), Paul (Pauline), Ted (Joan), Sid (Debi), Joel (Nancy), Gerard (Sandy) and five daughters; Mary Lou (Jim), Satya (Ram Sudama), Bettianne (Carol), Virginia (Leroy Ganser), and Gina (Randy Knox). Two brothers; Phil Endres (Mary) of Mazomanie and Paul Endres of Middleton. She has 17 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Genny worked at Central Colony for 20 years as a nurse's aid to handicapped children. The family also sold eggs, sweet corn and raspberries from their farm on Hwy 12. Genny belonged to St. Norbert's Church in Roxbury for 71 years.
The visitation will be Friday, February 23 at Hooverson Funeral Home 251 Water Street, Sauk City from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m..
The funeral will take place Saturday, February 24, at 11:00 at St. Norbert's Catholic Church in Roxbury. There will be a luncheon to follow at 12:30 at the Dorf Haus, Roxbury.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Norbert's Church, Roxbury.
