Randall Iii
July 22, 1943 – April 1, 2021
Harry James Randall III, age 77, passed away peacefully at his home in Waunakee on Apr. 1, 2021. He was born July 22, 1943 to the late Harry and Pearle (Amble) Randall. He graduated from Madison East High School; class of 1961 and went on to attended University of Wisconsin, Madison where Harry obtained his B.A. in Psychology. While attending U.W. he had the opportunity to work at the Primate Center under which Dr. Harry Harlow was the department head. He worked for Xerox, Bell, GTE and later AT&T. He served in the Army National Guard in which he was stationed in South Carolina where he played in the Military Band, playing Taps for many military funerals during the Vietnam War Era. Harry was united in marriage to Susan Imse formerly of Whitefish Bay, WI. at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Middleton on April 12, 1969. He was a good husband, a good father and enjoyed playing golf with family and friends. Harry was a firm supporter of the right to life, and was member of the St. Therese SSPX Chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; children, Tim Randall of Lake Forest, California and Elizabeth (Andrew) Borst and their 6 children, Christian, Bridget, Claire, Vincent, Dominick, and Alexander all of St. Mary's, Kansas; his brother, Kevin (Patricia) Randall of Sun Prairie and his sister, Sue Ann (Mark) Hubanks of Deforest and niece, Jennica Stein.
Harry was preceded in death by his parents.
A Requiem Mass will be held on Friday, Apr. 9, 2021 at 12:00 noon at St. Therese Chapel SSPX, 6039 Baltes Rd., Waunakee, WI 53597. A Rosary will be held at 11:30 am with Mass to follow. A visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 11:30 am. Interment with Military Honors will follow in the St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Waunakee.
Harry's family would like to thank Fr. Kenneth Dean and the parishioners of St. Therese for all of their support and prayers offered; and to the many Healthcare Professionals and Heartland Hospice for their wonderful care.
