Irene M. Lemm age 96 passed away in her sleep on Saturday June 21, 2008 at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie, with her son Charlie by her side. She was born on November 14, 1911 in Sauk City, the daughter John and Theresa (Jordan) Williams. She was united in marriage to Carl Lemm on July 14, 1945. She owned Irene's Beauty Shop, in Sauk City for many years. During the 60's and 70's she and her husband owned and operated Twin City Cleaners. In her retirement,her passion was travel and playing bridge. She was trilled to have celebrated her 75th birthday in Sidney Australia.

Survivors include: her children: Fred (Barb) Lemm, Gini (Dick) Luther, and "Charlie" Carl Jr., all of Prairie du Sac,
1 Granddaughter: Kristi (fiancée Mark)Lemm, of Bellingham, WA
her sister and best friend : Dorothy Schauf Levanetz
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Carl and an infant brother, Roy.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday June 28, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St Aloysius Catholic Church, Sauk City, with Father Faustino Ruiz officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass.In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family , which will be given to the MS Society of Bellingham, WA
