Obituary

Jack L. Haasl, age 68, died Saturday, March 26, 2011 at St. Clare Hospice , following a battle with cancer. He was Born in Wisconsin Rapids on July 30, 1942 to the late Felix and Clara (Elias) Haasl. He was a graduate of Wisconsin Rapids Assumption. Jack was united in marriage to Marilyn " DeDe " Bunde on November 3, 1962. Jack was employed as Executive Vice President for Mautz Paint for many years. He was and avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, the good company of his neighbors and he especially cherished his time with his grand-children.

Jack is survived by 3 Sons: Brent (Cyndi), Barry(Tammy), and Bart.
4 Grandchildren: Alyx, Dillon, Calista and Payton,
2 Sisters: Dorothy (Ben) Malasky, and Janet Anderson.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife , brothers, Walter and Butch, and a sister Irene Lasky.

A funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday April 1, 2011, at Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City, WI with Pastor Jim Buske officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie du Sac Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2011 , at Hooverson Funeral Home.
