Jacob Wesley Feigl, 38, of Leland passed away unexpectedly of a car accident on February 19, 2024.  He was born on August 5,1985 to Kendall and Sandy (Fenske) Feigl.  Jacob graduated from Sauk Prairie High School in 2003.

He enjoyed his career in Landscaping and concrete work and considered himself an all around handyman.

Jake had a love for the racetrack, especially Dells Raceway.  You could find him there every Saturday night sitting in the same spot on turn 1 with his son Connor.  If they weren't sitting in the stands, they were in the pits checking out the cars and visiting with the drivers and their crews.  Jake also enjoyed coaching Connor's 5th and 6th grade boys, basketball team.  He had so much pride in those boys and they respected Jake and looked up to him.

He is survived by his pride and joy, his son, Connor Wopat-Feigl, and his little buddy, Keegan Jacobs.  mother, Sandy (Fenske) Feigl, and sister, Kimber (John) Ziemke. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Jacob is preceded in death by his father, Kendall Feigl, grandparents, Harlan and Betty Feigl and grandparents, Gene Fenske and Virginia Fenske.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 28 at the Blackhawk Bethlehem Church, S10174 County C, Sauk City at 7 p.m. Visitation will be held at the church from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. Refreshments following.
