James R. Mack, died June 23, 2016 at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie. He was born on February 18, 1935, the son of the late Andrew and Mary (Nolden) Mack. Jim was a lifelong resident of Sauk City and was a member of IBEW.

He is survived by his siblings, Duane of Bismarck, ND, Les (Betty) of Lancaster, WI, and Marlys Howells, St. Paul , MN , nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis (Hilden) Mack.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City, WI with Father John Meinholz officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:30 am until the time of the service.
