Jeffery Hathaway, age 64 of Leland, Wisconsin passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Meriter Hospital, after a short illness. Jeffery was the son of Rex and Carol (Mielke) Hathaway. He grew up in Blue Mounds, WI and attended Mount Horeb schools. He enjoyed his many trips to northern Wisconsin, fishing and camping, and his travels to fish for trout. As an adult Jeffery lived in Madison, where he met his wife, Debra.

He was employed by Kipp Corporation as a Technician. Later in his life he moved to Leland, WI where he continued to enjoy fishing and his pets, including his best friend, a shepherd mix, he named Reba. He and Deb enjoyed going to Flea Markets and living in the country. Jeff enjoyed making home improvements and could fix just about anything, as well as helping his true friend, Dee with anything she needed fixing at her home and planting her gardens.

He will be missed by all of his family and his friends in Leland.

He is survived by his stepson, Chance Miller of Seattle, WA; his sisters, Diana (David) Snyder of Spring Green, Karen (Doug) Edwards of Verona; nephew, James (Whitney) Snyder; nieces, Allison (Jacob) Noyes and Ashley Edwards.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Debra Jean Hathaway., his parents, his brothers, Zachary Hathaway and Ronald Hathaway.
