Obituary
Joseph L. Hooker Jr., age 57, died August 30, 2016 at Sauk Prairie HealthCare, after a short courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born on March 7, 1959, the son of the late Joseph and Irene (Gieck) Hooker. Joey farmed for most of his life, which he truly loved. He enjoyed his animals, driving tractors, country music, woodworking, and was always easy going.
He is survived by a sister, Barbara; a brother, James; uncles, Fred, Lavern (Alice), Russell Gieck; 2 aunts, Dawneen and Eva Hooker;
his pet companions, Fart his cat; Squirt, his horse and Buddy his goat.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City, WI. Burial will follow in the Sauk City Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
