Justin Douglas Kahl, age 29, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Ingleside Care Center in Mt. Horeb from injuries sustained in an automobile accident September 9, 2005. He was born in Madison, November 6, 1981 to the late Gary and Teri (Postel) Kahl. Justin attended school at Wisconsin Heights, and later became a self-employed carpet installer and worked with his brothers at K&K Flooring. Justin enjoyed spending time with his friends, watching The Simpson's, and cheering on the Badgers, Brewers and Packers.


He is survived by his two brothers, Shane (Chrissy) Kahl of Mt. Horeb and Troy (Kelli) Kahl of Mazomanie; seven nieces and nephews, Jenna, Kiera, Ella, Troy Jr., Mariah, Carter, and Kellen; his grandmother, Dorothy Kahl;
many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Clifford Kahl; maternal grandparents, John and Mary Postel; his aunt, Vickie Meeker; and two special dogs, Kita and J.C.


A funeral service will be held at NEW HEIGHTS LUTHERAN CHURCH, Mazomanie, at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2011with Pastor Rob Nelson officiating. Friends may call at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, Highway 14 West, Mazomanie, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2011 and also at the church on Saturday, one hour prior to the service. Burial will be held at the Middleton Junction Cemetery.


Justin's family would like to thank all of the nurses, Doctors, and staff at Ingleside for their special care of him.
