Kathryn C. "Kay" (Davis) Johnson, age 88, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2008 at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Chicago on July 23, 1920, the daughter of the late Fred and Anna (Walsh) Galluzzo. She was united in marriage to Roger Davis of Lodi, where the couple raised their family. He passed away in 1973. She married the second love of her life, Robert Johnson, in 1977. Kay resided in the Milwaukee area for thirty years and had resided in Prairie du Sac for the past three years. She is survived by her husband, Robert Johnson of Prairie du Sac; 3 children, Karen (Kasey) Fiske of Prairie du Sac, Nancy (David) Ives of Prairie du Sac and Alan (K.C.) Davis of Anchorage, AK; 2 step-children, Craig (Jeanne) Johnson of Omaha, NE and Cheryl Johnson of Milwaukee; a sister, Rosemary (Guy) Porcaro of Chicago; 2 devoted caregivers, Karol Ives and Carol Nelson; 6 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, 251 Water St., Sauk City, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 29, 2008. Burial will be in the Sauk City Cemetery.
