Kevin Herman Anderson, age 68, of Sauk Prairie, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on June 7th, 2025, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin surrounded by loved ones.

Kevin was born on March 1, 1957, at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. He graduated from Sauk Prairie High School in 1976 and built a life rooted in family, friendship, and strong values. On June 3rd, 1978, he married the love of his life, MaryAnn Zech, and together they raised two children: Kevin Anderson and Melissa Anderson.

Kevin worked for 14 years at Coca-Cola as a forklift operator before joining Sauk Prairie High School, where he proudly served as a custodian for 25 years until his retirement in 2017.

Kevin had a deep love for life and was warm and welcoming to everyone he met. He loved bumping into old friends and catching up—something that seemed to happen almost everywhere he went. An avid football fan, Kevin never missed a chance to watch a game, talk about his favorite players, or join a football pool. He especially enjoyed Saturday night bingo at St. Joseph's Church with MaryAnn, as well as trips to Ho-Chunk Casino with her and his brother Bill.

More than anything, Kevin cherished time with his grandchildren, Aurora and Isabeau Anderson, who brought him pride and joy.

He is survived by his beloved wife, MaryAnn Anderson; son, Kevin Anderson, (wife Natalie Anderson); daughter, Melissa Anderson; (fiancé Ted Mierzwinski); grandchildren Aurora and Isabeau; siblings Bill Anderson; Tenneyce Sprecher; (husband Scott Sprecher); Allen Anderson; half-brother Gary Leiser; Sister-in-laws, Anita Reeck; Marsha Custer and many extended family and friends who will miss his genuine conversation, and kind-hearted presence.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, William Anderson; mother, Delores Brilliot; sister, Dixie Jensen; and half-brother, Joe Leiser.
