KEITH N. WITWEN
Keith N. Witwen, age 82, died on Friday, March 7, 2008 at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie. He was born in Witwen on September 8, 1925, the son of the late Newton and Myrtle (Ganzlin) Witwen. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the 137th Infantry in the Battle of The Bulge during World War II. He was united in marriage to Elaine Phillips on August 7, 1949. She preceded him in death on November 8, 1983. Keith owned and operated Witwen Drug Store in Sauk City for over 25 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, playing cards and was an avid Packers fan.

A funeral service will be held at BETHLEHEM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, Black Hawk, at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 with Pastor Kendall Schlittler officiating. Burial will be in the Sauk City Cemetery. Friends may call at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, Sauk City, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2008.
