Obituary
LaVerne R. Haas, age 73, of Roseburg, Oregon, died on September 24, 2015. He was born in Roxbury , Wisconsin, on August 11, 1942 to Florian and Loretta (Breunig) Haas. He married Bertha Werth. They were later divorced. LaVerne was the director of Douglas County Food Pantry.
He is survived by 4 children and 12 grandchildren. Locally his brother and sisters , Clifford (Dolores) and Sr. Lorene and Bernie Warren survive him.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11: 00 am on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at St. Norbert's Catholic Church, Roxbury. Visitation will be in the church hall from 9:30 am until the time of the Mass. Burial will be in St. Norbert Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Douglas County Food Pantry.
