Leah Marie Underwood, age 21, formerly of Muscoda, WI entered into eternal life on Oct. 2, 2021 at UW Stout in Menominee.  Leah was born Oct. 4, 1999 in Brandon, Florida.

She is survived by her parents Lee Underwood and Gloria Schaller; her siblings, Kenny (Megan) and Damion; nephew Silas and nieces Sibley, Avery, Blake, Denver, and Athena.  She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Leah graduated at the top of her class in 2018 from Riverdale High School.   She was active in powerlifting, cross country, track, and FFA.  Leah attended and was a senior at UW Stout studying Computer Science.  Leah was a very unique, talented and intelligent person.  She sacrificed so much to put her career and education first; she put her heart and soul into every activity she had done to be the best she could be at it.  She made a lot of special and close connections with people throughout her life and will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Leah will be held on Friday, Oct. 8, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Hooverson Funeral Home, 251 Water St., Sauk City.  A funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at the funeral home with visitation held one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in the Mazomanie Cemetery and a Celebration of Her Life and luncheon will follow at the Lion's Park & Jaycee's Pavilion in Mazomanie.
