Obituary

LORI JEAN DICKERSON (Roth) of Sauk City, passed away July 20, 2022.  She was born November 20, 1961.   Lori was 60 years young, the most loving, caring, devoted wife, sister, sister in law and friend to everyone she knew. She went to her eternal life where all before her will be waiting with open arms to  greet her coming home.

Lori shared 44 years with her knight in shiny armor Gary. They married Dec. 6, 1986, she treasured their life together. Although they didn't have any children she loved her furbabies, just like kids. She missed her beloved dogs but cherished her furbabies Clyde and Bonnie.  Lori was a true meaning of sister to me, always had my back. We had an unbreakable bond together.  She was my best friend. I will always miss ya sis, until the day comes when I cross over to eternal life.  Lori worked for the state of Wisconsin for 30 yrs, until her illness wouldn't allow her to work anymore. Lori  enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, playing cribbage, reading, enjoyed crocheting, knitting, embroidering,  and going for rides in the afternoons. She loved watching her Wi Badgers, she loved her flowers,  birds and gardening, canning and made the best rhubarb jam.We were so blessed to have the time we  did with Lori and she will always be sadly missed by us. GOD has a plan for us all if we follow his lead.

She is survived by her husband, Gary and her sister, Kathy (George) Heath and other  family members, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and her furbabies.  Gone before her are her mother, father, sister, grandparents, nephews,  brother and sisters in law, mother and father in law, sister and  brothers in law, aunts and uncles.

There will be no services per Lori's wishes and a private burial at a later date.

Never Forgotten

  • You'll never be forgotten
  • That simply cannot be.
  • As long as I'm living,
  • I'll carry you with me.
  • Safely tucked within my heart
  • Your light will always shine;
  • A glowing amber never still,
  • Throughout the end of time.
  • No matter what the future brings.
  • Or what may lie ahead,
  • I know that you will walk with me
  • Along a path I tread.
  • So rest my angel, be at peace.
  • And let your soul fly free,
  • One day I'll join your glorious flight,
  • For all eternity.
  • Kelly A. Polley
