Lucille Minnie (Evert) Hoffmann, age 86, passed away on August 2, 2021.

Lucille was born on September 1, 1934 to the late Norman and Gustie (Schultz) Evert in Mazomanie, WI. She married Lorren C. Hoffmann on September 26, 1953 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Marxville, WI. They made their home in Cross Plains where she enjoyed being a homemaker and mother. Later she worked as a librarian aide at Park School in Cross Plains for 30 years. Family was very important to Lucille and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Lucille is survived by her husband Lorren, daughters, Lois (Randy) Gilbertson and Lynette (David) Rischmueller; grandchildren Carla (Jason) and Marcus (Carolyn); step-grandchildren Stacy (Mike) and Katie; and four step-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Harland (Sharon), and in-laws Rosella, Luella (Ben), Ardis and Audrey.

Visitation will be at St. Martin's Lutheran Church, 2427 Church Street, Cross Plains, WI from 4:00 -7:00 pm on Thursday, August 5 and also one hour priorto the service on Friday. Funeral services will be held at St. Martin's at 11:00 am on Friday, August 6. Following a lunch, interment will be at St. Paul's Cemetery, Marxville, WI.
