Margaret M. Couper-Falagario, "Peggy" 83, of Lodi, WI. passed away April 21, 2024, at St. Mary's Hospital Madison, WI. Peggy was born in Chicago on September 16, 1940, the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret Kelly. She was preceded in death by her first husband Delmar H Couper Jr. and 2nd husband Frank T. Falagario.

She grew up in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago with her siblings, Kathleen, Joe and Elizabeth along with many cousins and countless friends. She brought joy, life and laughter to everyone she encountered in her personal and professional life. She never had a friend that she didn't keep.

Peggy is survived by her sons, Danny Couper (Liz) and Stephen Patrick Couper (Collette). The greatest joy in her life came from being grandma to Colin and Evelyn Couper. She was an aunt, gram, cousin and friend to many. Her presence will be missed by all that knew her.
