Mark R. Harris age 59, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his residence in Middleton on Aug. 5, 2021.  He was born in Richland Center on July 6, 1962 to Ronald and Mary (Harpold) Harris.  Mark was a graduate of Sauk Prairie High School; class of 1980.  From an early age, Mark had a passion for music; he loved to play his saxophone.  Mark was a leader in the Sauk Prairie High School Band and after high school enjoyed playing music with his friends and in his own band.  He enjoyed time spent with family, and the outdoors hunting and fishing.  Mark formerly worked alongside of his parents as a Northwestern Mutual Insurance agent in Sauk City.

He is survived by his mom, Mary Harris-Schwarz; sister, Bridget (Matt) Neumaier; nephews, Christian "CJ" (Hope) Neumaier, Katie Neumaier, and Shawn Harris.  He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Ron Harris and brother, John Harris.

As per Mark's wishes, a private family service will be held with interment in the St. Mary's Cemetery in Richland Center.
