Michelle "Mikki" A. Snapp, age 50, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Blackhawk on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024.  She was born in Madison on Oct. 25, 1974 to Jesse and Cindy (Zwettler) Goodman.  She was a graduate from the Sauk Prairie class of 1993.  Mikki married William "Bill" Snapp on Jan. 19, 2000.  In her younger years, Mikki worked at Ballweg Chevrolet in Sauk City cleaning and detailing cars.  She loved playing in the dirt, and eventually started working for Gardens by Diane.  Mikki had a Green Thumb and could bring the life and color back in any garden.  Her home was a testament to her love of plants and the ponds she created at her home.  In the winter and Christmas season, Mikki worked for UPS delivering packages in the Sauk Prairie area.

Mikki had a fondness for animals and loved her dogs, (Piper, Kooper, Mya, and Flint) and her faithful cat, Mellow Yellow.  She enjoyed summer weekends, camping and overnights with Bill and friends at White Mound Park.  She was especially proud of her daughter, Madelyn and looked forward to visits from her.

Mikki is survived by her husband, Bill; daughter, Madelyn (Cody King) and her parents, Jesse and Cindy Goodman; and her decades long friend, Michelle who she worked side by side with every day.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Casey Goodman.

A Celebration of Mikki's Life will be held when the weather is nicer and the flowers bloom.
