Mildred L. (Caruso) Pope, age 70, died on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Lodi Good Samaritan Nursing Home. She was born in Madison on November 4, 1939, the daughter of the late Angelo and Dorothy (Memhard) Caruso.


She is survived by 3 daughters, Cheryl Pope of Madison, Lori (Rodney) Hegge of Lodi, and Tracey Cline of Tennessee; a son, Anthony Pope of Virginia; 5 grandchidren, Jeremy (Tara Anderson) Hegge, Lisa (Rob Ott) Hegge, Cody Hegge, Shaun (Barbara) Cline, and Richard (Alicia) Cline; 5 great-grandchildren; a brother, Fred (Brenda) Caruso of Merrimac.


A memorial service will be held at ST. JOHN LUTHERAN CHURCH, Prairie du Sac at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2010 with Pastor Fred Rilling officiating. A visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the church.
