Myral "Jeane" Mueller, age 82, died on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Our House in Baraboo. She was born in South Carolina on February 18, 1929, the daughter of the late Malcolm and Ina (Harrelson) Grainger. She was united in marriage to Lloyd Mueller.


She is survived by four sisters, Peggy (Basil) Jordan, Alice (Gene) Gainey and Ethel Smith, all of South Carolina, and Ovelene (Bill) Cox of Florida; a brother, David Grainger of South Carolina; step-son Michael (Pam) Mueller of Georgia; 4 grandchildren, Gretchen (Bradley) Pointon of Baraboo, Petrea Litscher of Florida, Karissa Litscher of Baraboo and Lacey (Louie) Wells of Baraboo; daughter-in-law Debra Litscher of Baraboo; 6 great-grandchildren Drew Anna, Carla Ann, Grace, Willem, Robert James and Haley; other relatives and friends.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd; a son, Larry; and two brothers, Kenny and Gilbert Grainger.


Funeral services will be held at FIRST UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, Sauk City, at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 with Pastor Bill Kapp officiating. Burial will be in Sauk Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Tuesday.
