Obituary

Nancy Eileen Williams, died February 28, 2012, at Sauk County Health Care Center, Reedsburg. She was born on the 4th of August 1943 in Madison, daughter of David and Eileen (Chrisler) Williams. Her parents brought her home to Dunrovin Farm where her father was the farm manager. A few years later, the family moved to Lodi where Nancy attended school until they moved to Madison where she attended Central. She was employed by the Opportunity Center where Flame of Hope candles were made. Later the Williams family moved to the Town of West Point and then to the Town of Mazomanie near the Wisconsin River. After the death of her father, Nancy and her mother moved to a condo in Sauk City where they lived until 1999 when Nancy became too disabled for her aging mother to care for, so she moved to the Sauk County Health Care Center in Reedsburg. There she received wonderful care until the time of her death on February 28th 2012, ending a life of many challenges.

Nancy was a member of the United Church of Christ, Sauk City and the Mazomanie Eastern Star. She had a sweet singing voice, loved country music and had an excellent memory for details such as never forgetting birthdays.
Nancy was preceded in death by her father on September 8th 1992; her mother on February 14th 2009; her grandparents, D.D. and Daisy (Chrislaw) Williams and Harley and Clara (Neitzel) Chrisler; her aunt and uncle, Wallace and Mary (Williams) Mair; her uncle, Charles Drury; cousin, Robert Drury; and Cherie (Schuknecht) Haug.

She is survived by her aunt, Eleanor Drury and other relatives including: Mary Ellyn (Drury) Sensenbrenner, David Mair, Phyllis (Mair) Falkenstein, and Kathy (Robertson) Lenning and their families; Bob and Patti (Gottschall) Schuknecht; Schoen and Patti (Stevens) Schuknecht and Tara; Derek and Theresa (Norell) Schuknecht; Steve and Shelagh (Schukecht) Munroe and Ceilidh and Grady;. and Glenn and Pat Haug.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City. Burial will be in the Garden Bluff Cemetery.
