Patricia J. Haas, age 68, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness, on Wednesday, November 28, 2012. She was born August 12, 1944 in Spring Green, the daughter of the late Raymond and Julia (Gassen) Cummings. She was married to Stanley E. Haas on September 24, 1963. Pat was employed at American Girl for eighteen years. She enjoyed quilting, shopping, going for lunch and time with her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church.


Survivors include a son, Steve (Luann) Haas; a daughter, Lynn (Ryan) Reed; her siblings, Bill (Mary Ann) Cummings, Gerald Cummings, Illa Rae (George) Ballweg, Judy (Ron Peetz) Bible;
a step-brother, Louie (Frieda) Weston; a sister-in-law, Sharon (Dan) Sprecher; and five grandchildren, Jake, Luke and Riley Haas, and
Mia and Ty Reed. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Sauk City,at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 with Fr. John Blewett officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City.
