Patricia Anna Peterson, age 82, passed away peacefully at the family farm surrounded by her family on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015. She was born in Racine on November 24, 1932 to the late Michael Frank and Lydia Augusta Amanda (Stuebner) Brunner. She graduated from Arena High School, class of 1950. Patricia was united in marriage to Ray "Tommy" Hottman Peterson on Dec. 29, 1951, he preceded her in death on April 27, 1986. She was proud of her farm and home, cheered on the Packers, Badgers and Brewers, enjoyed garage and auctions sales, reading, scratch off tickets, and collecting things for her grandchildren. She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran church, Mazomanie.

Survivors include her 4 children, Susan "Susie" Peterson of Arena, Greg (Becky) Peterson of LaFarge, Gloria Lueck of Markesan, Doug Peterson of Arena; 11 grandchildren, Heidi Peterson , Holly Peterson, Cody (Melissa) Peterson , Kyle (Jessica) Peterson , Amber Peterson, Chad (Deb) Schlamp, Casey (Amanda Janicke) Schlamp, Spencer Lueck, Tricia Madrigal, Jacob (Kandi) Peterson, Alicia Peterson; 5 great grandchildren, Hayden, Haylee, Braedyn, Parker Peterson, and Brady Schlamp; further survived by many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded by a grandson Travis Peterson, daughter in-law, Yolanda Peterson, 10 siblings including a very special sister and neighbor, Yetta "Tooty" Peterson.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, Sept. 4, 2015 at Hooverson Funeral Home, Hwy 14 West, Mazomanie. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015 and one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held in the Arena Cemetery.
