Paul O. Oetzman age 93, died May 9 ^th 2021 at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie.

He was born May 31 ^st , 1927 in the Town of Freedom, Sauk County, Wisconsin to John and Nellie (nee Brooks) Oetzman.

He worked as a farm hand, Sauk County Highway Department and retired after 35 years at Ace Hardware in Sauk City. In his retirement he drove cars for Ballweg Chevrolet. Paul also served in the United States Army from 1954 to 1956. He enjoyed playing cards, bowling, horseshoes and collecting old tools.

He married Dorothy Steuber on April 25 ^th , 1959 at St John's Lutheran Church in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. He is survived by his son, Rene of Middleton WI and brother, Fred of Anchorage, AK.

He was preceded in death by parents, his wife, Dorothy, son, Arlyn, brother, Dean, sister, Ruth Mahler, sisters in law, Juanita Oetzman and Thonetta Hehenberger, and brothers in law, Richard Mahler and Ivan Hehenberger.

Per Paul's request a graveside service will be held for family and friends on May 13th at 11:00 am at the Prairie du Sac Cemetery. Please wear a face mask and social distance if attending.
